iTel IHY-6KL1A 6kW 48V IP66 Hybrid Solar Inverter
The iTel IHY-6KL1A is a high-performance 6kW single-phase hybrid solar inverter designed for residential, agricultural, commercial and off-grid solar applications.
It combines solar generation, battery storage and grid power management in one system, allowing excess solar energy to be stored in the battery and used later when solar production is insufficient.
Powerful 6kW output
The inverter provides 6,000W rated AC output with a maximum apparent output of 6,000VA. In backup mode, it can deliver up to 12,000VA for 15 seconds, providing additional capacity for starting appliances and other demanding loads.
Up to 12kW solar input
The IHY-6KL1A supports up to 12,000W of PV input and features two MPPT trackers. Its maximum DC input voltage is 500V, with an MPPT operating range of 150V–450V.
48V battery system
The inverter uses a 48V battery system and supports Li-ion, lead-acid and user-defined battery configurations. It provides up to 120A MPPT charging current and up to 120A mains/generator charging current.
IP66 protection
The IP66-rated enclosure provides strong protection against dust and powerful water jets, making this model particularly suitable for demanding installation environments.
Smart load and backup support
The inverter supports on-grid operation, smart load management and backup load operation, giving users greater flexibility when managing household or commercial energy consumption.
