By placing an order with Satluj Solar, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payments

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.

If a product is unavailable or its price is displayed incorrectly, we may cancel the order, inform you and refund any amount paid.

Shipping

Delivery is estimated at 2–5 working days across Pakistan.

For small items such as breakers and solar accessories, delivery is free on bank transfer and Rs200 on COD. Shipping charges for panels, inverters and lithium batteries are calculated separately.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation on WhatsApp before dispatch. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund. If an order has already been dispatched, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Refunds

For all products, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Products must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged. Customers pay return courier charges. Used, installed or damaged products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If a product arrives damaged due to an issue on our side, contact us with your purchase receipt to request a refund.

Product Warranty

Breakers: Checking warranty on delivery only. Contact us if the product arrives faulty or does not work when first checked. Burning or faults developing after installation are not covered by this seller warranty.

Inverters, batteries and solar panels: Any warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to its terms and the product listing. Satluj Solar does not provide an additional seller warranty.

These terms do not limit any rights available under applicable law.
